Bookings
As a statewide service of the Department for Education (DECD),
Warradale Urban Camp School aims to provide equitable access to all DECD schools.
A booking application does not guarantee a placement.
Due to the high demand for use of the camp school, as booking forms are received reservations will be confirmed.
Priority is always given to DECD schools before any other groups.
Schools will be notified of their bookings for the following year before the end of term 4.
Schools can contact the camp office during the school year for vacancies.
Booking procedure:
Once dates are confirmed a tax invoice for the deposit will be forwarded to the school and or hirer.
A confirmation email and further information will be sent to the camp organizer after the booking form is received.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in the forfeiting of the deposit.
Camp organizer are to contact the camp office a week prior to their arrival for security details and key collection information.
